Our program fills a statewide gap in trauma-responsive reentry and maternal wellness services for individuals who experience overlapping vulnerabilities: incarceration, addiction, pregnancy/postpartum instability, sexual labor economies, and trafficking. Services focus on safety, dignity, and continuity of care, offering case navigation, benefits enrollment, mental health counseling, and culturally sensitive outreach. Programs emphasize trauma-informed, harm-reduction, and person-centered practices to promote recovery, stable housing, and family well-being during pregnancy and postpartum. We coordinate legal referrals, peer support, employment services, and community partnerships to help individuals access resources and rebuild connections. We meet individuals where they are, without judgment.
